The Alleam™ skin cream is designed to trigger a cross-react immune response wherein IgE-primed effector cells inhibit the expression of endogenous proteins associated with metastasizing cells. The cancer patient’s allergic-profile, and component sensitization pattern can be evaluated to provide a skin-cream that intensifies the cross-react mechanism. Furthermore, systemic cross-reactions are intended to shift the bodies resource allocation from metastatic cell formation to antibody and effector cell production (i.e., adaptive immunity).
